You already know that beating Candida is not as simple as making some changes to your diet and hoping for the best. This is even truer for those of you who have suffered from Candida overgrowth for years.

Long-standing Candida infestations are harder to eliminate because the Candida forms ‘biofilms’ in your gut. These are structures where the Candida colonies can hide from your immune system. A part of any good Candida treatment is breaking down these colonies and allowing your body’s defenses to destroy the Candida yeast cells. Take a moment to check through the Ultimate Candida Diet program download link below.

That’s why a diet-only plan will not eliminate a Candida overgrowth. You may have seen some of these plans advertised online, but the fact is that they are simply not powerful enough to dislodge Candida. The best way to tackle a Candida overgrowth is to follow a structured treatment plan that includes dietary changes, antifungals and probiotics. Just as importantly, choosing the right supplements can make the difference between a rapid cure or many more years of suffering.

The treatment plan laid out in the Ultimate Candida Diet program has five unique stages, and it is unlike any other plan that you will find online or elsewhere. This is because it is based on the very latest research into the causes and treatment of Candida. It begins with a short cleanse, followed by a carefully structured series of dietary changes, probiotics and antifungals. Each stage is explained in detail and includes a clear timeline for you to follow.

Why are all these stages necessary? Well, the cleanse is a great way to start. It blasts as many of the existing Candida colonies out of your intestines as possible. Note that this is a dietary cleanse only (no colonics or enemas needed!). The cleanse also helps to break down those biofilms and allow your immune system to start working on the Candida.

Once the cleanse is done, you can start on the three main pillars of the Ultimate Candida Diet program – diet, probiotics and antifungals. However, these are not introduced at the same time. Why? Because this could lead to something called Candida Die-Off, when a large number of Candida cells release their toxins at the same time. The program has been designed carefully to avoid this.

This might sound like a lot of effort, but remember that ultimately your health is the most important thing that you have. And if you’re worried about it being expensive, think about the relative cost of doctor or naturopath visits. The Ultimate Candida Diet program also includes a number of Money Saving Tips that can help you save during your treatment.

If you’re suffering from Candida it’s only natural to question where and how you developed this condition. Some Candida sufferers can point to a course of antibiotics or a long period of stress. However, the real answer is often much more simple. Check out the download link below.

The food that you eat can be the biggest contributor to your Candida overgrowth. In fact a high-sugar diet can cause a Candida overgrowth all by itself. If you can’t identify any other causes of Candida in your recent past, chances are that your diet is the culprit.

What are the warning signs to watch for in your diet? Well, there are a few simple principles that you need to keep in mind when you are choosing your food. In this article I am going to share two of these principles with you. The Ultimate Candida Diet program lists a total of five different guidelines, as well as comprehensive lists of Foods To Eat and Foods To Avoid.

First, it’s really important that you stop eating any foods with a high Glycemic Index. These are the #1 source of nutrition for those Candida colonies in your gut. If you’re eating an unhealthy diet, this will probably eliminate many of your regular foods.

For starters, anything with added sugar (like candy, sodas and breakfast cereals) is off the menu. You should also avoid anything with high levels of natural sugars like fruit juices, as these sugars will feed your Candida just as easily as a can of Coke. Next, cut out the simple carbohydrates from your diet. Foods like white pasta and white rice may not taste as sweet as sugary snacks, but they are just as certain to be a food source for Candida. And lastly, avoid any starchy vegetables like potatoes, carrots or squash.

The second guideline is very simple: no caffeinated drinks. As much as we all love a cup of coffee to wake us up in the morning, it might also be making your Candida overgrowth much worse.

Why is caffeine off the menu? You might have read on some Candida sites that caffeine ‘feeds the Candida’, but this is nonsense. The real reason is the way that caffeine puts your body under stress. When you drink a cup of coffee, your adrenals release a stress hormone named cortisol. This does two things. First, it increases your blood sugar levels, which is just what your Candida colonies need to grow and multiply. Second, it suppresses your immune system, which removes one of the best defenses you have against Candida. Why does Cortisol do these things? It’s all part of the ‘fight or flight’ response that your body uses to react to stressful events.

Those are just two of the five guidelines that are listed in the Ultimate Candida Diet treatment plan. It also includes full lists of Foods To Eat and Foods To Avoid, comprehensive shopping lists, some delicious recipes and much more. Remember – beating your Candida has to start with some big changes to your diet. Good luck!

Candida overgrowth has always been a difficult condition to diagnose, particularly as it was not widely recognized by doctors until recently. The symptoms of Candida are diverse and can appear in many different parts of your body. In this article, I will go through just a few of these symptoms and explain exactly how they are caused by Candida. However, if want to access download of Ultimate Candida Diet program, you can go through the link below.

The first symptoms we’ll look at are ‘brain fog’ and headaches. Most people will probably recognize that ‘brain fog’ feeling. You wake up feeling groggy and almost hungover, then struggle through your day with a heavy head and an inability to focus. Many Candida sufferers simply put up with this, assuming that it’s a natural part of getting older. However, there is actually a clear link between these symptoms and Candida overgrowth. That link is a nasty chemical called Acetaldehyde.

According to the Ultimate Candida Diet program, Acetaldehyde is one of 79 different toxins produced by Candida Albicans. It is known as a neurotoxin because it affects the brain. This is actually the same chemical that is created when your liver breaks down alcohol. So if you think that Candida overgrowth is making you feel hungover, you are right!

When Acetaldehyde reaches your brain, it causes your blood vessels to dilate which gives you a headache. Then it blocks the normal functions of proteins, white blood cells and antioxidants. And lastly, it causes you to produce more adrenaline, worsening your headache and perhaps giving you anxiety or heart palpitations. If any of this sounds familiar, you could be suffering from Candida.

Let’s examine another typical Candida symptom – joint pain. One of Candida’s many byproducts is Uric Acid, which is actually the chemical that causes gout. Indeed, many Candida sufferers report gout-like symptoms like joint pain and swelling, often in the toes or fingers. These are caused when the Uric Acid in your blood reaches high levels and Uric Acid crystals start to form. These crystals accumulate in and around your joints, causing the swelling and pain that are often confused for gout or arthritis.

Uric Acid and Acetaldehyde are by no means the only two toxic byproducts of Candida Albicans. As I mentioned earlier, one research study found a total of 79 different toxins that were released by this nasty yeast. The Ultimate Candida Diet program goes into much more detail about the symptoms of Candida. In fact it list over 40 different symptoms that can be caused by Candida.

Of course, the great thing about identifying the underlying causes of these symptoms is that you can start to treat them. The most important thing to do is to get your liver functioning properly, and there are several different treatments that are recommended in the Ultimate Candida Diet program. Combining this with the correct diet and supplements will prevent those candida symptoms from returning.

What is Candida?

When we talk about ‘Candida’, we are usually talking about Candida overgrowth (sometimes known as Candida Related Complex). This is a condition where a certain yeast (Candida Albicans) begins to grow exponentially and dominate the other microorganisms in your gut. This can cause a number of different symptoms including recurrent yeast infections, headaches, joint pain, fatigue and inability to focus. It can also lead to other health problems like food allergies and asthma.

You might be surprised to learn that more than 70% of us have Candida Albicans present in our guts! However, not everyone is suffering from a Candida overgrowth. Why is this? Well, this nasty little yeast only starts to cause problems when the balance of our intestines is disturbed. This change in environment gives Candida just what it needs to grow and expand throughout our intestines.

Normally the Candida colonies are kept under control by your immune system. However, there are a total of 8 different risk factors that can change this delicate balance and allow the Candida colonies to expand. According to the Ultimate Candida Diet program, these risk factors include dietary choices, medication, lifestyle changes, your environment, and even your choice of contraceptive.

Possible Symptoms and Causes of Candida Overgrowth

If you believe that you are suffering from Candida symptoms, the first place to look is your diet. The modern Western diet is packed full of junk food, processed meats and soft drinks. What do all these have in common? Answer: A high sugar content. You might be surprised at some of the foods that contain ‘hidden’ sugars. For example processed meats often contain large quantities of sucrose, dextrose or corn syrup. This matters because Candida Albicans uses that sugar to grow and multiply.

Another possible cause of your Candida overgrowth might be antibiotics. While they can undoubtedly save your life, antibiotics can also lead to long term health problems. This is because they indiscriminately destroy all bacteria in your body, even the ‘good bacteria’ that live in your gut. As a result, they weaken your immune system and remove the most important part of your defense against Candida. This natural gut flora has developed in your body since the day you were born. Once it is lost, it can very difficult to get it back.

I’ve just given you a really brief summary of the first two possible causes of Candida overgrowth. If you would like to read about these in greater detail (and discover 6 more risk factors for Candida), you can find much more information in the Ultimate Candida Diet program.
